Dr. Alexander (Sasha) Kadyshevitch
Dr. Kadyshevitch brings with him significant experience from the semiconductor, energy management and micro-electronics capital equipment industries. He spent nearly 10 years with Applied Materials’ PDC (Process Diagnostics and Control) business unit fulfilling various R&D, managerial and marketing positions. After leaving Applied Materials Dr. Kadyshevitch worked as VP R&D and Product Management for SATEC, a leading energy management solutions provider. Prior to joining El-Mul he has served for more than 3 years as a Product Manager in Orbotech, a leading manufacturer of automated optical inspection instrumentation for the microelectronics industry. Dr. Kadyshevitch holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science (1996).
Prof. Eli Cheifetz
Founder, Chairman Of The Board, CTO
Prof. Cheifetz, the founder of El-Mul Technologies, has over 30 years of academic and industrial experience. Prof. Cheifetz holds a Ph.D in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1969) and has been a professor of Physics at the Weizmann Institute since 1976.
Mr. Alon Drori
Mr. Drori has served as CFO and Human Resources Manager at El-Mul since 1992. Prior to El-Mul, Mr. Drori was head of the Foreign Exchange Department at Union Bank Israel. Mr. Drori holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the College of Management, Tel Aviv (1999), and a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (1991).
Mr. Barak Lavi
Business Development Manager
Mr. Lavi has served as Business Development Manager at El-Mul since 2008. Prior to joining El Mul, Mr. Lavi served as Technical Support Manager at Quantomix Ltd. Mr. Lavi brings many years of experience from technical sales and customer support positions in Israel, New Zealand and other countries. He holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1994), and a diploma in Business Management from Henley Management College, United Kingdom (1998).
Dr. Amit Weingarten
R&D And Engineering Manager
Dr. Weingarten holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, where he gained substantial experience with vacuum and detection systems. Dr. Weingarten worked as an R&D Project Manager at Nova Measurement Instruments Ltd.—a manufacturer of semiconductor metrology systems; as an R&D Systems Engineer in Orbotech’s PCB Division and as a Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Dr. Weingarten joined El-Mul in February 2011.
Dr. Dmitry Shur
Strategic Project Manager
Dr. Shur holds a Ph.D. in Electron Emission Physics from Tel Aviv University (1998). He brings with him more than 20 year experience in semiconductor capital equipment and other industries holding various technology, marketing, and managerial positions. Prior to joining El-Mul, Dr. Shur gained nearly ten years electron beam R&D and project management experience with Applied Materials (Process Diagnostics and Control division). Dr. Shur also served as a Product Line Manager for SATEC (energy management solutions provider), Product Manager for HP (Indigo Division), and System Engineering Manager for KLA-Tencor (Optical Metrology Division).
Ms. Tal Schon
Customer Account Manager/ HR Manager
Ms. Schon has served as Account Manager at El-Mul since 2001. She is experienced in corporate account management and international commercial law. Ms. Schon holds a diploma in Mandarin studies from Hong Kong University, an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Since 2017 Ms. Schon additionally took on the responsibility for the human resources management of El-Mul.
Mr. Eli Kagan
Mr. Kagan joined El-Mul in 2011 and serves as Engineering Manager. He brings more than 10 years of experience from Applied Materials where he served as an R&D Mechanical Engineer, specializing in design of High Vacuum and High Voltage systems, and from Brightsource Solar Industries where he served as a Project Manager, specializing in IR Cameras and other equipment for solar fields. Mr. Kagan holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Riga University (Latvia).
Mr. Andrey Gendel
Quality Assurance Manager
Mr. Gendel joined El-Mul in January 2018 and serves as QA Manager. Prior to El-Mul, Mr. Gendel served as Quality Engineer in R&D department of Mul-T-Lock, an Israeli lock manufacturer and subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY. Mr. Gendel is recognized as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) by the Israeli Society for Quality. He holds a M.Sc. of Electrical Engineering from the Samara University, Russian Federation (2004).
Mr. Leonid Bardach
Mr. Bardach joined El-Mul in February 2011. He brings significant experience from serving as Project Manager in the Israel Aerospace Industries (4 years) and as a Production Team Manager in Intel’s FAB (7 years). Mr. Bardach earned his M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Industrial Management, from Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva, Israel (2008) and his B.A. in Industrial Management from Sapir Academic College, Israel.
