El-Mul Selects AIXTRON Black Magic to Produce CNT-Based Electron Sources
El-Mul’s E-Beam On-a-Chip™ platform will be produced using AIXTRON’s Black Magic system, a fully automatic deposition system capable of thermal and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) of CNTs.

$1.3 Million Follow-on Funding to Develop CNT E-Beam Sources

CNT is Basis for 1 GHz True Random Number Generator
