Dr. Silviu Reinhorn
CEO
Dr. Reinhorn became CEO of El-Mul in July 2008. He has extensive experience in Israel’s high-tech industry, including key executive roles in marketing, operations and research. Prior to El-Mul, Dr. Reinhorn served as Vice President of R&D at Mirage Innovations, and for nearly ten years in management and R&D positions at Applied Materials’ Process Diagnostic & Control (PDC) business unit. Dr. Reinhorn holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc in Applied Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1997), and a B.Sc in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (1990).
 
Prof. Eli Cheifetz
Founder, Chairman of the Board
The founder of El-Mul Technologies has over 30 years of academic and industrial experience, and has served as a professor of Physics at the Weizmann Institute since 1976. Prof. Cheifetz has acted as an adviser to the Government of Israel in various capacities since 1986. Prof. Cheifetz holds a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (1969).
 
Mr. Alon Drori
CFO
Mr. Drori has served as CFO and Human Resources Manager at El-Mul since 1992. Prior to El-Mul, Mr. Drori was head of the Foreign Exchange Department at Union Bank Israel. Mr. Drori holds an MBA in Finance from the College of Management, Tel Aviv (1999) and a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (1991).
 
Mr. Eitan Pinhasi
Chief Engineer
Mr. Pinhasi has served as Chief Engineer at El-Mul since 2004. He is responsible for the complete product engineering life cycle, from requirements specification to serial production. Mr. Pinhasi has over 15 years experience in product development for a variety of fields, including electro-optics packaging, medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS and system integration. He holds a B.Sc in Materials Engineering from the Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva (1991).
 
Dr. Oren Zarchin
R&D Manager
Dr. Zarchin has served as R&D Manager since 2008, having worked on numerous projects at El-Mul since 2004. Dr. Zarchin is experienced with particle beams detection, microscopy tools, semiconductor hetrostructures, CNTs, cryogenics and plasma. Dr. Zarchin holds a Ph.D in Condensed Matter Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot (2007), a M.Sc. in Plasma Physics from Tel Aviv University (summa com laude, 2002) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics from Tel Aviv University (magna com laude, 2001).
 
Mr. Bob Rosenbaum
Strategic Marketing
Mr. Rosenbaum has served as Strategic Marketing Director at
El-Mul since 2004. He has over 20 years experience marketing products and companies in the advanced materials, semiconductor manufacturing, telecoms, IT and defense sectors. Mr. Rosenbaum has served as an advisor to Israel’s national nanotechnology initiative and to the first national nanofabrication facility to be established in the US at Cornell University. He holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1978).
 
Mr. Barak Lavi
Business Development Manager
Mr. Lavi has served as Business Development Manager at El-Mul since 2008. Prior to joining El Mul, Barak served as a Technical Support Manager at Quantomix Ltd. Mr. Lavi brings many years of experience from technical sales and customer support positions in Israel, New Zealand and other countries. He holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot (1994) and a diploma in Business Management from Henley Management College (1998).
 
Ms. Tal Schon
Account Manager
Ms. Schon has served as Account Manager at El-Mul since 2001. She is experienced in corporate account management and international commercial law. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1995. Ms. Schon holds a LLB from Tel Aviv University (1993), as well as a diploma in Mandarin studies from Hong Kong University (1997).
 
Mr. Elad Rix
Quality Assurance Manager, Information Technology Manager
Mr. Rix has served as QA Manager at El-Mul since 2006, and as IT Manager since 2008, including responsibility for the Company's ERP system. Prior to El-Mul, he served as a Quality Engineer and Inspector at El-Op, the electro-optics subsidiary of Elbit Systems. Mr. Rix is recognized as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) by the American Society for Quality. He holds a B.Eng. (hons) in electrical and electronic engineering from the Coventry University, United Kingdom (2002).
